To Refresh or not to, that is the question..

Whether tis wiser at this time to suffer
the slings and arrows of video feed glitch
Or take delay of mail in summer's peak
and lose those weeks of prime and precious time

Mini crashed and seemed to need repair
drying led to much improvement since
DJI has sent my shipping label
Is cancelling a claim even a thing?

Likely they would send you a “new” refurb. Takes about 7-10 days in my experience.

I am in Canada, so the express option is not even available. If I had to bet, 3 weeks would be the fastest it could happen.

well everyone knows care refresh is good if you don,t use any third party apps , and completly useless if you do , but i just had two take a few days less than three to be repaired or refurbed, time there and back plus a week to fix maybe less, but i have to pay , but the dji app dosen,t do what i need to accomplish long search flights
