Today in Positive Drone News: Search and Rescue Uses Drone to Assist Stranded Hiker after Dark in Southern Utah

Southern Utah Search and Rescue Clues were able to use a drone to light the way of a stranded hiker stuck on a cliff face in southern Utah late Wednesday night. The 60 year old man had gotten stranded in pitch black conditions and couldn't make it down the cliff in Snow Canyon State Park. More details here:

Yeah. I agree. I try to seek out stuff that isn't so gloom and doom. I kind of wish the AP would have given some specs on what the SAR team was using. It sure had a bright spotlight!

...and some people use the greatest tool we all have to do great things, but then others don’t and get stuck on cliffs like that after dark. It is how you use it that matters!
