For several reasons I can see. Sheltered from 80% of the sky so GPS is poor, mixed lighting so OPTI is not going to be solid, uncontrolled pedestrian walkway, having two people in control with the phone vs the controller sticks, big fricking glass window to confuse forward sensors, letting other people put their hands within rotor distance of the drone in-flight, ...
