unable to set distance and height

suddenly my mavic will not go beyond the factory set distance and height setting. I had distance set to 5000 ft and height to 500 ft. These values are still visible in the setting but unable to achieve any distance/height than the out of box values. I have deleted the settings and reenter them still without success. any suggestions?

Have you also updated the firmware recently? I’m wondering if it could be a new airfield restriction?

I signed out of the go 4 app and signed back in. The distance and height values were reset to zero feet. I put my values in, did not have opportunity to fly today, hopefully tomorrow
