This forum is not a political forum but I must say, The communists Chinese are not friends of the US. I would not trust them with my data. I would worry about opening a Tic Tok video and allowing them to get into my computer.There is plenty of stuff out there without having to worry about spyware.

I don't think there's anything to worry about, since the original article was about Chinese social media apps, not a "blanket ban" on Chinese apps. Although there may be a tariff on Chinese blankets...
