Video Cache - best setting?

What is the best setting for Video Cache? Been flying for several years and always seem to blow off video cache. I dont edit through Dji Go ap
Any advice greatly appreciated.

If you don't need the cached video and/or are running a mobile device that doesn't have the best specs, it would make sense to disable the video cache setting.
