Do you mean music to add to your videos? If so, YouTube is good for that.

I use the imovie that comes with my ipad pro. A bit limited for some stuff but for me as an amateur it works fine

iMovie has gotten much better over the years. It has a decent selection of music. It is limited in text overlay capabilities but honestly that's not a big deal for most drone footage.

... and you can import any music file on the machine as soundtrack.
