video not connecti g to controller

I was flying my inspire one and I told it to come home and land after it had disconnected from me and so I found the drone I looked at the video of its landing and it landed in a tree rolled down the video looks fine until it turns off but for some reason it won't reconnect.. Any suggestions or advice on what to do to see what's wrong with it?

I should mention that the controller links to the drone and the drone will fly but there is no video
