Video to photo switch

Good evening dear fellow mavericks,

i Got mavic pro and from the very start i came across an issue...

While everything is functioning just right, i cannot take photos, it doesn't allow me to switch from video to photo...any ideas?

When/if you stop recording video and then hit the shutter to take a picture what happens?

Same story, doesn't matter what I've done before, neither the photo button on the control nor the switch button over the recording are working

Whete are you looking for the photos. The SD card or on your phone? If on your phone have you configured that in GO4?

Were you in a quickshot mode? Like circle or rocket. If so, you cannot do anything else but take the quickshot unless you switch back to normal mode.

Do some testing on the ground, you can sometimes get this behaviour if your phone/device is barely coping.
Consider deleting the app and installing again.
As above you must stop video recording (and wait for any buffer to clear) before the photo shutter can be engaged or fired.
A slow or borderline SD card would be unhelpful
