My M2Z Told me in the overall status that I needed to re-calibrate the vision system. The status lights for the obstacle detections are all green and the drone will stop when it gets close to an object. The drone flies just fine

Anyhow I connected the drone to my Mac and launch the DJI assistant application. It recognize my drone right away I was able to see the firmware versions

But when I went to do the sensor calibration it showed me a quick tutorial on what to do and after that it went full screen and it froze there I tried this across to other Macs and a Windows computer and no luck
All I continue to get was a blank screen with the two square is on the bottom left for sensor status both being blank with a little red X

If anyone out there has some assistance or help that would be greatly appreciated thank you

Make sure that you are using the proper version of Assistant for the M2.

Seconded. I made this same mistake and couldn't understand why the calibration wouldn't complete. It worked first time when I installed the correct version for the M2.
