Vision System Error, L/R sensors not displaying

Hello,

I'm getting a0000c error in DJI GO 4 (iPhone13) for both left and right video sensors and the Vision System Error.

I'm using the DJI Assistant 2 to try to calibrate it, but it only shows the dots with the green box, and for a brief second, the L/R sensors show an image, then it goes blank...

hey, did you find out any solution? my mavic pro is showing the same problem
