Well I couldn't resist the price and I really didn't want to wait for the rumored Mavic 3 Pro so I pulled the "trigger" and ordered the Mavic 2 Pro to go with my Mavic 2 Zoom that I got back in July. Can't wait for it to arrive.??

I was going to do that RadioFlyerMan but there will always be next "latest and greatest" and I'm not one who has to keep buying the "next great" thing. It will be several years before I buy another nice drone. Safe flying and I hope the Mavic 3 is all you expect it to be. ??

If I had an accident with my Mavic 2 Pro and had to replace it I'd buy another without hesitation, I don't think a replacement is imminent yet and in the meantime I lose out on all the great shots I could have taken. I find it a great all round drone with superb landscape shots from its 1in sensor and particularly love its panoramas and if the Mavic Pro 3 is a huge improvement for my use then the older drones don't seem to plummet in price as can happen with other device ranges.
