Humorously you sometimes see people go to the grocery store in shorts and Tshirt. Arrive in a warm car, jump out, leave it running...run back in. Incredibly stupid if they break down. But also funny is after a stretch of -60F, when it would warm up to -40f it felt...if not warm...much nicer and "easier" just breathing and then at -20F it felt like springtime. My wife and I commuted by bike for a winter down to -20F but it was time consuming
