Good video as usual! Here in the USA our sectional charts show populated areas in Yellow. In these populated areas we have some restrictions for flying, like you cannot operate a drone from a moving vehicle.

I think it's down to everyone to email the CAA until they post something more concise. Even if they don't, you'll get their personal response in writing which you can quote if challenged on site.
