As shown in video below, please take note of the stairs on the left, red and blue colour, you will notice it seems like there's some sort of heatwave form forming around the staircase in the video, how do i solve that and why did that happen ? The best description I can give is during a very hot weather and you look above your car botnet and you will see some transparent heat wave.
P/S - I noticed this issue only happens in Premiere Pro editing software, if I just play the video alone, there's no such thing in my video, why is that ?
