Who makes your prints?

Has anybody used Printed Planet? They got good reviews from Flytpath's Aldryn Estacio, so I tried to upload a file on their website to get a print made. The upload failed, and they wouldn't answer the phone or respond to email.
Is there another online printing service I should try? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Most of my stuff I print at Walgreens... look for the coupons.... can't beat a 24 by 36 print for 15 bucks

I have been using mywallimages.com. I have a mavic pro. They are very good at printing metal prints. I have had them print 16 x 20 with very good results. Sign up for their email and get a 10% discount.
