why rochester nose pads doesn't fit snug on moverio bt300

I received the rochester nose pad

why does it not fit in the bt300 properly

i thought also this nose pads is adjustable but its not unless i am missing something

Not sure what is going on there. My suggestion would be to contact RO direct for help troubleshooting. I don't have any experience with their nose pads, Sorry. Would really be interested on how it is resolved though.
