If you want to save yourself some time, skip to 2:03 where Russ states the following:

"Shipments are reportedly being blocked at US ports by Customs and Border Protection, based on guidance from other government agencies including the department of commerce"

He offers no additional details or explains who is reporting these claims. Since most of everything else he shared was from last year or prior, it's possible he might be referring to this announcement from DJI from back in October 2024.
