Just thought I'd share my experience in strong wind
I've been in the Shetland Isles in North Scotland recently and flew the mavic in winds I could hardly stand in.. and it survived just fine. It went at some crazy angles to compensate but I was in the middle of nowhere with the only risk being my wallet if I crashed.
Happy to say it coped just fine!
