Yx charger / power bank: anyone tried it?

Have anyone any experience with the black Yx battery charger / power bank?

After reading some positive feedback about the Yx blue fast charger i went online to get one but stumbled on this other type. It seems to be a battery charger than that also can be used as a power bank. I tried to find some you tube or written tests - but didn't manage to find any.

has anyone bough it and tested it and can advice if this is safe?

I live in shanghai and on the Chinese equivalent of ebay called taobao there seems to be more sales of this new black version than the old blue one although i don't know anyone who bought it.

I haven't personally tried it but it has good reviews HERE. Their multi-chargers for the Mavic are excellent.
