DJI Marketing Dept Really Needs To Stop The Crap.

If you choose to buy from a company you know has horrible customer service...then they give you horrible customer service, what can you complain about? Overall it's a drone, nice to have, but not a necessity. These 1st world problems are tough to have. Relax and realize it's not worth getting so worked up over.
 
I guess I am lucky. Super fast delivery. Everytime I sent an email or requested a live chat I was answered very fast and I felt they wanted and appreciated my business. Not to mention the Mavic has been flawless. Thanks DJI
