Here's my Urban Cam, it came in about 50 individual stickers but was worth the effort

I read recently about an issue with a camera being offset, they resolved it by leaving the gimbal cover on and doing a start up, the cover holds the camera in place whilst the mechanical parts reset. Not saying this is the correct resolution....but possibly worth a go before sending it for a repair?

I have a Loc8tor fitted to mine on the bottom of the battery, if you can get the last known geo location the Loc8tor will detect within 120m radius so a slightly better chance of retrieving it....... Terrain depending of course! Loc8tor Finder Tracker

"The camera looks good when flying but the camera lens is cracked 1/2 way " If the crack is not actually affecting the camera footage, just fit a UV filter to cover the unsightly and carry on flying until it does affect it.

Sounds like its the TV that has the issue, copy the footage directly to a USB 3 thumb drive and play that way on the TV, at least you will not lose the footage if the TV throws a fit.

Hi Jamie I got mine for Christmas and 1st flight outside it caught a branch whilst RTH and fell from about 30m, broke all props within 1st 2 min of flying it....gutted!. Fixed it up but it had 'ESC error' and wouldn't take off I did take the refresh so called support they sent me a UPS...

I think if you upload your flight data for the one that hit the wall I am sure there are lots of experienced guys on here that can pin point what it happened.

Hi Jackie I read a lot about calibration of the compass before each flight, might be worth doing ( test in an open area with no walls) to see if that resolves your issue. With you saying it once crashed into a wall when landing it is possible the wall or the building directly affected the GPS...

Yes the serial number is different but must admit it is in mint condition would they also flash the firmware back to a default too? I live in a NFZ so after I updated it would not allow me to take off. The replacement is still on the old out if box and warns me I am in a class c area etc...

Hello all Bought my Mavic Air for Christmas and had to send it back to be repaired day 1..... pressed the RTH on remote, it went up to 30m circled me and hit tree branches and damaged a motor as keeps saying ESC error and will not take off. I bought the Refresh and luckily for me repair centre...

I suppose it is possible it was going to bank towards me again, but according to the manual obstacle avoidance during RTH and it does attempt to avoid but in this case it never did
