Hello all, I had a little accident yesterday and now my gimbal arm is slightly off center and does not meet the chassis at a perpendicular intersection, I have calibrated the gimbal multiple times and it is still slightly off. I know its not terrible and the gimbal still functions properly but...
Hey all, was hoping to get some insight...
I recently catastrophically crashed a Mavic 2 Pro that I bought Second-hand. This was not covered by DJI care refresh, so obviously all repairs will be out of pocket. As I understand, if I were to just send my aircraft in to be repaired, if it has had...
Hey all...New to the forum, but glad to be here.
Recently had a catastrophic crash of my Mavic 2 Pro. I had purchased it second-hand and as far as all my research could tell me , it was in perfect condition. No crashes and only flown a handful of times.
I was flying over a river at a pretty...
I wanted to give back in a small way to this community and share my recent experiences with DJI shipping and Care Refresh. A little context. I live in St. Louis, MO USA – the middle part. All times are my local time. California is two hours behind Missouri. I'm a middle-aged dad who rides a...
Hi all- I am hoping you can help me gain insight into the issue I've had. My Mavic Air aircraft always paired with my remote control easily. Out on a recent trip, I was able to successfully pair the way I always do and had access to the camera and calibration per usual, but was unable to take...
Hello All!
Had an unfortunate encounter with my DJI Mini 2. I was flying it over a small pond/waterfall when the drone found its way in some branches and fell into the pond. I managed to retrieve it (water was freezing) but by the time i got to it, the drone had turned off. It was under water...
My Mavic Air 2 had a run in with some tree branches and came crashing down. Everything seems fine, no warnings on screen and it hovers/flys fine. But there is a gap now on the rear arm. It’s not loose, just out of place. I took out the two screws holding the arm in, but they are placed correctly...
Hi all. As the title implies, I need to replace the gimbal on my Mavic air. I had a minor crash the other day, and everything works in terms of flying, but the gimbal is getting the Gimbal overload message, and it’s also not responding smoothly, or accurately. I am currently in Hawaii right now...
Hi, I had an crash, I described it in another post few months ago, the main problem was it broke component called fpc connector. Or flat ribbon cable connector at main/core board of mavic 2 pro. I found one guy that can do the job to fix it. But we need that component. Could someone help find...

I had my first crash with my new mavic mini which was absolutely deverstating.
The camera still works and records and also moves around upon turning the mini on but doesn’t move around in flight. The camera also makes a buzzing noise, shakes and also is tilted to the side while in operation...
Well,
For some reason the drone didn't stop while I was accidentally flying it towards my house wall
Usually it stops if an obstacle is sensored but this time it didn't so I "kissed" the wall and fell into my flower pot, and I found it with the tip ripped off. See the pic. I am planning to...
I have had my Mavic Air since it first came out and have used it many times with very few issues until yesterday. I have not used it for 3 months and charged the battery up fully. Went to my local beach to fly it where there is a lot of wide open space. I placed it down on a big flat concrete...
So what happened was...I don’t really know, but my friend who borrowed my new Mavic Air 2 started it up in the house and apparently it went forward really fast and he ran the drone straight into the wall. (I know, I should have trusted my gut and not loaned it to him while I was out of town!)...
I crashed my mavic and broke the plastic that holds the screw for the left rear arm. I wanted to know any ideas on how to fix this WITHOUT replacing the middle frame completely. Any ideas on how to do this?
New to this, thank you!
Hi All!
New to the group and unfortunately I come bearing bad news. I was pushing my luck with my dji zoom and now I have a warning saying “gimball motor load to large” and “gimball obstructed”.
The gimball almost rotates a full 360 but then stops on its final stages before being centre again...
