Best Mavic Pro Platnium/ Mavic Pro Case?

Hi, I just got my Mavic Pro Platinum and I'm going to be traveling soon and I don't want to carry the drone in it's original box. Does anyone know a good case for under 50$?? P.S. I only have one battery and i want the case to be pretty small.

    Honeymoon Highlight Video (Maldives)

Hey guys, My wife finally convinced me to edit our honeymoon footage from the Maldives last year. I like to fly the Mavic pro on my spare time and so the video editing was something I thought I’d try out. I felt like sharing because I busted my *** trying to shoot the footage and then...

    Regulations in Tenerife

Hi Pilots For July, I'm going to vacation on tenerife, and I wondered how to take my drone with. I have searched the forum and found some different information. Any drone under 2kg can be flown by anyone, but any drone over that weight requires a drone pilot’s licence. Drones must remain in...

    ALASKA - The Last Frontier

Hey all! After hours an hours of cutting my footage down, I finally finished my video from my trip to Alaska this past fall. It's not all drone shots, but I would appreciate if you would take a gander. The drone shots are all with the Mavic Pro and I used mostly the Polar Pro ND/4 Polarizer...

First try making short video with Mavic

This is my first time to actually fly my mavic other than in my backyard. Lesson learned: 1) fly smoothly by using exponentials on the sticks 2) fly straight and slow 3) It helps in editing to plan your flights and shot the subject from different angles 4) practice practice practice I still...

    Summer Road Trip - 5700 Miles - 14 States

This is my first trip where I had a drone with me to get footage, and it has made the videos on a whole new level! (at least I think so...) I got some shots outside of Death Valley, Salt Lake, and the Bay Area. Here is a 1 minute video from our trip out west a few weeks ago. I'm working on a...

Mavic Goes on Vacation too ... Idaho Playgrounds

Took my Mavic on our Summer Vacation and did some flights on the last 2 stops heading home. Wagonhammer and Elk Mtn. Used D-Cinelink with ND16 so Post correction would be minimized. I used Davinci Resolve for the editing. If I did it right the 1st video will lead you to the second video ...

Taking my drone to the US?

Do not think this has been asked before (apologies if it has), a search did not turn anything up. As all (proper) drones have to be registered in the US. Do I need to do anything if I am going there on vacation? Do I still need to register it with the FAA? Thanks!
