I am taking the 107 test next week...My question is are we allowed to use the Sectional Aeronautical Chart Legend during testing ?

You are provided with the Airman Knowledge Testing Supplement which includes the sectional chart legend at the front.

Yes and as a matter of fact several answers are right in the material provided. Forget what a Dashed Blue line means? Check the legend ... if tells you what a solid blue, magenta or any other symbol means right in front of you.
Don't get me wrong ... study and know sectional charts/symbols which will help you get through the test faster but know if you have a brain cramp that info is there as well.

Good luck, Warrik. When I took the initial test I had not studied the National Airspace very well. I passed but no honors. Be sure you to study that part if you feel the need...I recently took the recurrent test and did much better, lol.

Very true.
It's well known that many tests will now utilize the "most common wrong results" in their answer bank. Just because you see the answer you're expecting doesn't make it the right one.... Sneaky rascals they are
