I think you have to buy DR17 through a local dealer and they provide the software key....at least that is how it worked here on Toronto. I am pretty sure BM's website doesn't allow buying directly from them.

They even offering studio version with the speed editor keyboard for thesame price as just the studio.

I think you will love the SE...takes some learning but is well worth it, IMHO.
