When you say downloaded all the maps, you just scrolled around on the map to cache it for that location, right?

More likely he used the offline map feature in the main menu to cache entire states (or other regions - if not in the US)

That's the only option if you want to use that feature.

I mentioned that I was able to unlock the device buying unlock codes from someone off ebay... well, we own a tech store and we do support some devices for unlocking purposes but the service we tried was not working with this particular model under AT&T section.

This time, purchased two more Xt2 devices, and I wanted to test Huawei Factory Unlock codes directly from one of our suppliers, and guess what??? IT GOT UNLOCKED!!. Now, I can say I could be your direct source for unlocking the device(Carrier unlock so you can use it with whatever carrier you want. So if you need to unlock your device just let me know. You can contact me using the private message feature. It takes 1-3 days for the server to provide the codes.

It works either for the Elate 4G or Ascend XT2. Same device, different color.

I`m using it with the Mavic Pro and Mavic Air.

And do I need to download the .18 version first (as has been suggested in the past) then delete it and then go back to the .15 version, or do I load the latest version and then delete and go back to .15 version for best stability with the Wunderphone (If the latest version is still not working well with this phone?).

Cost is based on our unlock server. $34. And yes, it unlocks the AT&T version and I think pretty much, whatever version since it uses Huawei Factory Unlock codes. Server is giving us 4 codes per IMEI but just the first one is the one we need. As far as I know, the other three are used to unlock other things, but carrier gets unlocked by using the first one. This is nothing related to get money and make good profit out of this, but to help us to give this Wunderphone a little more use than just use it as a cockpit.

Not sure as for other guys, but just tried on yesterday and everything was great.

So you have tried the latest update and all seems to be working fine, as in, just as stable as this phone was using version .15 ??

I have the elate, it’s a decent little phone, but I am gonna stick with iOS I just took my old iPhone 6 Plus to get the battery replaced. Since I won’t need the elate any more...I will sell it for 50 bucks shipped (lower 48 only). I don’t have the sim anymore, I don’t think, but most don’t want it to use as a phone anyway. If our interested...send me a pm.

Did you try using it for flying? I have only used my iPhone6 as well for flying, but bought the Wunderphone to use for the added size and mostly the brightness it is supposed to have, over the iPhone6. I have not yet used it to fly but am hoping to use it only for flying. Why have you decided not to use it for flying and instead go back to the 6?
