5D button customisation

Have always been able to zoom in/out now it's just gone! OK I have settled on App 4.1.0 Version 01.03.0400 Controller 01.03.0400 App data base 00.00.01.04 - Samsung Note 3 running Android version 5. I really have gone up & down the updating firmware ladder & fly better safer on 0400 so sticking with it ( no disconnects ) Yep I am old school & LOVE hassle free flying AND tired of all the **** updates DJI keep insisting are better than ALL the freakin earlier versions...........................! Any one any ideas on how I can get back the zoom in/out feature? Was working fine - haven't updated anything 'cause I refuse to so..................seriously any constructive ideas on what may have happened that I can rectify?

Are you recording in a 4K mode? I think you can only zoom with 2.7k or less.

Have you treid a camera reset, I had a problem with focus and the reset sorted it out.

Nope haven't tried that - but thanks for the advice - will be going through everything today so will check that out - let you know if it helps

Did you find a solution. I tried to customize my 5D buttons and i dont see the Zoom In/ Zoom Out options.
