Here's 2 short clips of an Active Track test, don't put a lot of trust in the obstacle avoidance, and watch out for wires as the 2nd video shows. I had trouble regaining control once it hit the wire, but it just hovered while hooked to the wire, and eventually I was able to lift off the wire and fly back with no damage done.

Holly $137 that was scary. You are luck wont suffer damage.
I trust on the tracking only when is nothing around. Wires and small branches are not detected well. Even the Skydio2 that has a very solid system fails many times.

Thank you for sharing.

Got lucky! I flew up a creek and looked at the video later and saw a wire I didn't see!

I’d say it was a pretty good demo of what active track can and can’t do. It navigated the fairly dense foliaged trees very well, but it was very unlikely to see the thin wires. It does warn you of this in the manual.

As far as I know when you start active track the height you start at is the height it reverts to after avoiding obstacles
It looks like your were very unlucky setting up at the height of the wires
A couple of foot either way and maybe you would have missed them
Couple of nice shots either way
