Air controller - gimbal tilt wheel issue

I think I found another issue with my new Air, this time with my controller. The wheel that tilts the camera gimbal down/up, doesn't center automatically, when i let go of it. The camera continues in the same direction until I re-center the wheel manually. Is this working as designed or an issue with my controller?

I think there is a spring that should recenter the wheel when you let go, and that spring doesn't seem to be working on my controller.

That is defective.

Yes, The tilt wheel is designed to center. Absolutely a problem!
I would return. Or file for warranty.

Great. I just got my drone back this week for a stuck filter ring. Now I have to send the controller in, and wait another week for it to be repaired.

Mine does this too! I'm wondering how best to resolve it. Exchange at the shop or get Dji to 'repair'

Stuck filter ring? There’s loads of advice on here as to how to remove it. I’m surprised you had to send it back
