Aircraft and gimbal disconnected

Hi

I am unable to connect my phone controller to my mavic pro. It says aircraft disconnected and also gimbal disconnected. I have tried resetting it with no luck. Any ideas?

Is this a new issue or using for the first time?

Is it the remote displaying the error or phone/tablet?

Any recent crashes?

Hi mate

Remote is displaying error message, phone says rc connected.

New issue but I haven’t used since I crashed in sand and had fan replaced at the front of the bird.

It’s a mavic pro

It sounds like something hasn’t been reconnected internally after the fan fix.

On power-up the CPU will be looking for connected hardware, which will include the radio system, camera and gimbal among others.
