Altitude problems

Hi all
Since I did the latest update my magic pro won't go any higher than 30 meters even though it's set for the max 500. Can anyone offer advise

Ah wow, thankyou so much, it's been doing my head in!! Works perfectly now

See if you can sort this out as well Sparky!! Now that problem is sorted it won't let me download photos to my phone, it's an iPhone 6plus
