Any Ai3 3 s arriving in the USA?

Hi Everyone, , has anyone actually received their Air 3 s since the US BODER ban? DHL sent me an email today to upload a lot of proof about me. SS number W2 etc. Their system ONLY 2 of of 3 docs .. What a horror. What will my SS and W2 do to get me my package when US BORDER Protection banned ALL DJI orders entering the USA ?

I guess the time my CC statement arrives to me Ill either ask for refund or dispute the charge and just keep my Mini 4 and air 2 s x2 .. Soon to say BYE BYE DJI this seems like the beginning the their END ..

I actually spoke to DJI yesterday and they did in fact tell me that DJI will be contacting me and I had to fill out the customs clearance forms. I did reach out to DHL they confirmed that I needed to fill out the form and upload to DHL , this was not a spam email !

Then DJI had no control over it and I would be a little mad at Customs not DJI

DJI has NO control at all! But they did tell me that DHL will be reaching out to me and I need to fill out the forms to have it released! Never happen! Ill let it sit at customs till my CC statement comes and get a refund and call it a day. SIMPLE

My order hasn't arrived yet, but it appears to have passed through customs with no issues per the DHL tracking information.

DJI has NO control at all!

That's right all they can do is ship and give you the info they get from the shipper if customs holds it up after that........ well that's customs NOT DJI. If you are SURE you are speaking to DJI or DHL then give them the info they need and your shipment will continue.
I get shipments thru customs almost every other day I have never given my info to anyone!

100% not true. This is likely and end-around attempt by legislators who's "bans" are gaining any steam. DJI is working on the solution, and has already addressed this. Read the DJI link in some of these comments.

Knock on wood, but my Air 3s seems to be on schedule. I bought the fly more package so under the $2000 that some are indicating is a customs threshold.

Mine is saying the same thing. BUT.. Not out out for DELIVERY either. Clearance event I don't think means anything.

Mine left China on Fri Oct 18th and arrived in LA then on to Cincinnati. Sat there over the weekend and is now in St. Louis for a Monday delivery. Woke up this morning to an e-mail stating "Shipment is on hold, please contact DHL". So did that and they said it will be delivered Tuesday instead of Monday, everything is fine.

We will see what actually happens. No mention of customs and it really should get out for delivery today.

Seems like the tracking info is not showing anything about being held at customs ! They all will be held until DJI resolves this issue. If I do t get mine by the credit card statement arrives I’ll either get a refund or dispute the charge and let DJI deal with my bank for taking my money and not telling me about this hold. Shame
On DJI ! They should if been transparent !

The situation is fluid because there are no strict rules, there's confusion, and you have not only a number of locations but also a different set of people dealing with the packages. Some drones sail thru, some much pass over different hurdles but make it thru, and some held pending personal details. YMMV so you'll have to be patient until this gets sorted.

Even the scanner data is not entirely accurate; you should take it with a grain of salt since it isn't intended to directly inform the customer exact package status.

I just checked DHL and my Air 3s is being held in Boston as of 10 am Monday. Glad to see that Sherifftruman got his delivery.
