Are people getting refunds for returned Air 3

Mine was held in customs in New York. Then returned/shipped on November 28 back to DJI per their instruction. For those that got a refund, how long did it take. In my contacts with DJI their response is once the package has been returned to the warehouse the credit would be issued. Just wondering about others refund experience.

My original order was held up in NYC by Customs. DJI fully refunded me within about 5 days. Ordered the second one from Canada and it took 2 business days to get to my house.

Mine was shipped back and I disputed CC which got DJI to deal with it.
