Autosettings after Quickshot or Active Tracking?

Hi all,

I was flying today on a mountain top with a spectacular view. After I used up the first battery I went up in the air again, flew some rounds and then decided to make an astroid shot. A few moments later I tracked my family climbing down the top with Active Tracking, later continued flying free around, thinking that I'm recording some awesome footage.

But when I reviewed the footage I noticed that during the 2nd battery the camera was adjusting brightness constantly although I always fly with manual settings. I remember that after switching to quickshot or active tracking (can't remember which one though) I've got the warning that manual settings are needed, which I thought strange at first but didn't pay much attention to because as I said, I always fly manual. It appears that afterwards the camera got switched to automatic mode. Is this expected behaviour or did I run into a bug, does anyone know which mode (asteroid or active tracking) might have caused this?

Sucks a bit that half the footage is unusable, will definitely pay more attention to the settings when switching flight modes.

D-Cinelike turned off in Quickshot mode

Has anyone else experienced the D-Cinelike profile being switched to standard when a Quickshot is initiated? This is with a Mavic Air.

Are really quickshots limited to 1080P!?!?

Hi, coming from a Mavic Air where most of quick shot can be shot in 4k, I was thinking to switch to Mavic 2 zoom. I knew that hyperlapse and dolly zoom are 1080P only....but today I read that even other euickshots are 1080P limited on mavic 2. Is it real?!?! Thanks in advance

Question re Quickshots

I've asked this before, but got no definitive answer. I have also looked in the latest version of the manual, no luck. The question is, can you record Quickshots in 4K? I don't care about d-log since I would be using the Zoom. Just simply, can I do 4K? Especially for the orbiting shots like...

camera settings during quickshots

any way to control the camera setting while doing a quickshot, say asteroid? i had an amazing sunset and wanted to try an asteroid but the the aperature was way too open and the colors were bleached out.

QuickShots 4k Format?

As a newbie, I would like to know the process if there is one, how to revert back to 4k from the default setting of 1920 x 1080 in QuickShots? Also, which QuickShots has distance adjustability? Thanks, Ray :)

Thanks for quoting a lot of posts but they are all missing the point - my problem was NOT with the settings during the quickshot, I know about those limitations - but AFTER the quickshot was taken. I expected the camera to come back to 25fps@4k and manual settings. It reverted back to 25fps@4k it seems but the camera was in automatic mode afterwards when I continued flying in cinematic mode. That's what bothers me.
