isn't it really windy there? You ever go to Treasure Island and fly? I never have problems there.
I live in Oakley, where do you fly at around here? I went to sunset park when no ones there and saw no signs also checked city of Brentwood parks regs and saw nothing to ban drones.
Hate to repeat this but Sunnyvale's Baylands Park is one place a lot of people fly. They've marked the limits of where you can fly (you can't continue over the nature protected bay areas). It gets boring picture wise but for me at least a close place to practice or test out app changes. Be conscious of the airports up and down the peninsula and no telling how many local ordinances.Any good locations around redwood city?
Know about that and pretty much bored. I often have to go South of Hollister to find lonely places.Hate to repeat this but Sunnyvale's Baylands Park is one place a lot of people fly. Baylands Park.Hello, new Mavic Air pilot from the south bay here. Looking for good places to fly in the general San Jose area.
[And, like others, I don't know why these threads are in the Northwest section instead of the Southwest. ]
Just upgraded to Mavic Air from the Spark. I'm in SF, would love to meet up and fly/learn together.

PS. anyone around this weekend?
Do you have a link to that group? There’s a Meetup group flying on TI on Saturday beginning at 9:00AM.

I'm waiting for my membership to be approved. JeffCheck out Flying Drones for Fun Create a Meetup Account
