Bird dropped again

It's getting annoying. The Mavic dropped again. One really weird thing.... it was again with a Map Pilot flight. I did a short one this morning but could not process that flight so I did a new one with a higher elevation (120 meters). I had line of sight, no birds and no obstacles.
Very strange.... I've got the same error as with the previous crash. I've checked my flight details and no errors.
The camera kept working and one blade was in the image.... not working.
Anyway, again I was lucky. It fell in the mud and our security saw it falling and recovered the drone. The battery was loose but when the security guard fitted again, I had signal (find my drone).
Due to the last crash, I've ordered a new left rear motor arm and that is the only damage now. So.... it is fixable and I can even fly as it is now (only for my reports and very close without brisk movements).

Bottom line, I've deleted Map Pilot (MapsMadeEasy) and will wore a very nasty email to them.
My 750km with Autopilot proves the Mavic is ok.

I flew my first mission again and although mended, the Mavic still flies fine
