Yeah that bus is bolted to the roof. If you look towards the back there is a staircase so people can actually go on the bus all the way to the front that is hanging off the building.

Do it. I shot the grasshopper, silo's and Ferris wheel that is up there also. Pretty cool location.

There's also some sort of 'platform' underneath the front of it
