Can I downgrade my firmware with my IPad?

Help! I'm in Isla Mujeres Mexico with my mavic and the latest firmware won't let me fly here because of a NFZ restriction. There is one old "recreational" airport runway here that hasn't been used in 20+ years. I've seen another pilot flying here, because he's on firmware .400. SOOO pissed since I've been planning this trip for months and the scenery is amazing. Bought new polarized ND filters and everything.

I don't have a PC here, but I do have an IPad Mini 4. Does anyone know if there's a way for me to downgrade the firmware to an earlier version using just the Ipad and the mavic without a PC?

Any other way around this bogus NFZ restriction?

Not that I'm aware of, but someone there has GOT to have a laptop, surely. See someone, send over drinks.

Any idea how long it takes to downgrade the firmware on the off chance I can borrow someone's laptop for a half hour?
I guess I would have to downgrade the firmware in each battery as well, huh?
