One thing that bugs me about the MA2 controller when compared to my FPV controllers is that the gimbal/stick travel is limited internally rather than by the sticks hitting the plastic around the gimbal. I feel like this could possibly strain the gimbals since you can potentially push the sticks too far.
I've been drawing and printing some different TPU stick ends that press onto the head of an M4 screw. I took a few measurements then drew up and printed a sleeve that goes over the threads. This allows the stick to hit the plastic at the same point the gimbal movement is stopped internally.
The first pic shows the gap between the stick and plastic. The second pic shows how the TPU sleeve eliminates that gap.
