Custom QuickShot. How to do it?

What program, app, customization or other magic lets to fly a pre-planned route along waypoints relative to takeoff (defined by radius and distance relative to takeoff point, and above takeoff point elevation [AFE, above field elevation])?

For example:

1. takeoff,
then direct to:
2. 90 degree magnetic radial, 500 m distance along the radial, cross at 1000 feet AFE,
then direct to:
3. 120 degree magnetic radial, 800 m distance along the radial, cross at 600 feet AFE,
then direct to:
4. takeoff position and hold at 200 feet AFE

Not really. That thread concluded that this is not possible with existing apps.

Litchi app. You can prepare waypoints on pc and load it into drone. But you cannot make it dynamic, as a true quickshot pattern. But it is better than nothing. Native waypoints system is not very usable.

Can you do this relative to takeoff point and field elevation? And, therefore, use anywhere in the world to fly the same pattern around the takeoff point?

Well, that conclusion precisely tells you that there is none, done deal... obviously unless you do it manually or code your own app for it.
