Difference between Mavic video and Phone video

Hi guys,

Just got my Mavic Pro today.. loving it so far! Just a question though, when I take video, it seems to save a copy on my phone. I believe that is a cached copy, but it is the same quality as the video saved on the Mavic SD card?

I have tried connecting my Mavic to my iMac and no luck, best I can get is an empty folder showing. So I have no way of accessing the video off the SD Card, but if the phone version of the video is the same quality then I can just use that, quite easily.

Best is just to take out the SD card and stick that in a card reader connected to your PC/Mac. Some configs refuse to see the Mavic as an external usb drive.

The phone cache is just 720p, thus crappy.

I just discovered my imac has a card reader on the back of it... **** yeah. Thanks, will download the 4k videos now!
