DJI Fly 1.4.8 Android with Mini 2 (in CE mode) - Should I stay or Update to 1.5.4-1390 ?

Hi All pilots
First I wish the best flights for 2022 !!

I have the 1.4.8 installed for now many months.
Apart of a small glitch I have while doing 180 photos (see separate thread), I am fine with this version.
I saw a lot of worrying comments on Youtube and this forum on the following versions, so I am hesitating to update.
What important do I miss staying with 1.4.8 ?
Does it void the Care Refresh I have if I stay with 1.4.8 ?

If your current version works for you why change?
With regards to the problematic 180, have you tried another 180 just to see if the problem was a one time glitch?
With regards to 1.5+ versions, 1.5.4 did add EXP control which is a plus, I am perhaps fortunate in that I have several fly compatible phones and keep one at pre 1.2 for the Mavic Mini, I like logs and one of them or perhaps both becomes unreadable in 1.2+.
I have 1.3 on a phone for the Mini2 and 1.5+ on a phone for use with the FPV.
I updated the 1.5 to 1.5.4 for the EXP settings and tried those on the Mini's, those setting seem to stick when the drones are used with their 'correct' phones.
