Dji go account-unable to log in

A couple of issues someone could assist or guide me:
-cannot recover password for the account-no matter what I try-any recommendations?
-the dji account that cannot be recovered had a mavic 2 pro bound to it-if I can recover it- how do I add my mavic mini pro 4
-Can I create a new dji account?

Is this for your own DJI account and a drone which you had bound to your account or is this account for a drone which you just acquired?

I just recovered the account and I have a mavic 2 pro bound to the account-im trying to figure out how I will add a new drone I bought thru dji.
It is my account.

It could be that the MavicPilots 2 Pro uses the DJI Go4 app and your new Mini 4 Pro uses the DJI Fly app.

I have 3 different drones all on the one account. A Mavic 2 Pro on Dji Go 4 app, 2xMini 2s and the Avata 2 on the Dji Fly app. I don't experience any problems.

No. You'll need to install DJI Fly to fly the Mini 4 Pro.
