Do not worry about it yet. Not all of the shipping can be done at once. Yours might be shipping tomorrow.
Yeah, my bad....thought 5/20 was delivery date. And I'm in California, so they could actually ship it by 5/22 if the delivery date is supposed to be around 5/23.
If I understand the rules correctly, flying FPV should be fine as long as you have a visual observer with you.

Yes, vat included "paid by dji". Ends up quite more expensive than US, same as the MP that we pay 1200€ (around 1350$ instead of the 1000$).
