Contact sales support or pre-sale support. They told me my order will ship ON OR before the second week in October! Contact them and comment below what they told you.

Yeah I can confirm after having a chat with their representative that they have changed their shipping to before second week of October! Hopefully first week of October would be nice but I will keep checking my order status to see when they will ship it out.
