DJI Order Statuses

Yo,

So I've only ever used the DJI site for two orders. One for parts for my P4P and one for the Mavic Air. I can't remember what happened during the parts order which is why I'm asking the following. My Mavic Air is sitting at shipped. I've been given no delivery details either by email or on the website. How do those details normally come? Also there's an additional status on the site of 'Order Completed' after shipped. When does this come into play?

How do those details normally come?

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation via email with a link to the tracking information. At that time, you'll also be able to see the tracking link in the order information on DJI's website.
