Dji sends wrong package

Hi everyone,
I got my Mavic Pro today and ordered two separate packages the second one containing an extra battery and charger. I opened the package today and there was a phantom 3 battery inside I talked with dji in online chat and they said I’d receive an email. I still have not received anything from them and was wondering if this has happened to any of you?
 
You probably already know what to do -- but, you should contact DJI support and follow up.

I sent them an email and got them to respond by posting on their forums asking me for the proof of what I had and the packing list but haven’t heard anything since. How long do they usually take? 1-3 days?

Here I got a good one for you with regards to DJI...... I ordered a new Phantom4 Pro with a bunch of accessories and received a Phantom4 Pro with a bunch of accessories and a brand new "MAVIC PRO" for free!!!
 
There’s no prompt for my situation on there I already called the us number.

I called and they said they couldn’t help me and to use the online chat, told them that it didn’t help using the chat and they hung up.

Wow. Reply with pictures. That must have been a big box. How long did it take for you to receive all that stuff? Are you going to return the stuff that you didn't pay for? Did you order directly from DJI?
 
I called and they said they couldn’t help me and to use the online chat, told them that it didn’t help using the chat and they hung up.
Try CHAT again. I had good success by having images, receipts, and emails of my order ready to attach when the CHAT helper ( Rick ) requested. He issued a CASE # which helped trace progress and future person to person conversations.
 
I ordered an extra battery, prop and hood and unfortunately they only shipped what I had ordered. I hopping to get a Phantom 4 or Mavic Pro Platinum in the box as well, I am never that lucky :(

Just open up a dispute with your CC company, if that doesn’t get them moving, at least you’ll be refunded your money without delay.

Thanks for the advice going to try and get money refunded and order from somewhere else.
 
FedEx showed up at my doorstep today with a shipping label asking for a package to go to saikoron in Atalanta GA. I had not received any email from dji regarding this.
