Having read many posts here about how hassle free claiming is from DJI is i decided to take cover out when i bought my mini 3 recently, i was therefore shocked to read this earlier, are DJI in the right here?
Morning oh wise ones. So I’m in a bit of a battle with DJI as I was flying my drone which lost signal and didn’t RTH, they are saying it was due to a low battery, I had 28% battery left but they’re not budging, as I say the signal shouldn’t cut out because the battery still had 28%. Should I either challenge it some more or give up and pay the DJI Refresh £219?
