I have seen several you tube vids about 'how to fix' a Mavic Pro battery that
has begun to swell. The battery will still fit but after flying for 15-20 minutes, it is really
tight to remove. I thought 65 charges was pretty but can't afford to loose
my drone. Any thoughts would really be appreciated.

Do yourself a favor and stop using it. If you kepp using it one of a few very bad things might happen. It could explode, overheat, catch fire, burn a hole through the bottom into the drone, emit harmful vapors, and even quit altogether and crash your drone.

If it’s six months old it’s out of warranty. If not contact DJI.
Don’t use the battery, as noted above. It could result in destruction of your drone... plus both it and the drone could fall on someone/something creating liability for you and/or injury to persons on the ground.

Just in case you don’t know.. don’t ever keep your batteries in hot car.. don’t cool them off with your car AC.. don’t charge when they are hot.. don’t go below 10% .. when motbusing for extended time 10+ days It’s bedt to leave them around 30-40% in a cool dry place.

How do I recycle one of these old batteries? I've only got a few cycles on my current trio of batteries, but the day will come:(

Best to check with your town government for local points of collection, etc.

I am new to this forum and hope this note goes to all re. my battery issue. I decided not
to take any chances...trashed 'fat one' at Best buy and bought a new one!
I sincerely appreciate the feedback!
